The project is for the interior design of a two-room apartment with an area of 56 m2 (without the balcony). It was designed for a single gentleman who lives abroad and rarely returns to the country, with the possibility of being used by another person at a later stage. The interior was required to be modern, with simple design and to include walnut wood. We designed the MDF furniture with exactly such a veneer – walnut and MDF with white matt paint, because of the set budget we did not use solid wood. The owner is very fond of horses, so we used photos and paintings with horses. Since in our studio we try to use as many natural materials as possible to bring an unadulterated feeling of nature into the home, here we found a suitable place to give full rein to our imagination. A veneered shelf with matt lacquer and a large panel of Scandinavian moss in the “light grassy green” colour, so modern at the moment. Since it does not need special maintenance, it will last a long time.
